Our commitment to
the Armed Forces community
We pledge to support the Armed Forces community by delivering a dedicated first‑aid training programme for serving personnel, veterans, military spouses and partners, and Cadet Forces adult volunteers.
Our first‑aid qualifications create real opportunities, opening pathways into volunteering roles, strengthening employability, and supporting career progression across the Dorset Armed Forces community. This work directly reflects the commitment recognised through our Silver Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Award.
To widen these opportunities even further, we are actively bidding for funding to provide additional professional courses, ensuring that veterans, military families, and Cadet Force volunteers can access the skills, qualifications, and development they need to thrive.
